• 2013

  • Mining companies and rubber industry co "Wear-Resistant Natural Rubber Industrialization Project" developed by Xinhai Company was identified by Science and Technology Department of Shandong China. The performance of Xinhai rubber products reached the international advanced level; Yantai Xinhai Mining Group co-organized China kaolin innovation forum and the Clay Minerals Congress

  

• 2012

  • In March 2012, 3 production plants completed, production base reaching 20 acres
  • In August 2012, Xinhai internal restructuring and reform, carried out the equity incentive and entered the listing process.
  • In November 2012, flotation cell (total cross-section, air-lift, micro bubble) is successfully developed. Tested by practice, it can make whole flotation system save electricity about 50%.

  

• 2011-2010

  • In June 2011, The establishment of the Tailings Comprehensive Utilization Institute
  • In September 2011, contracted feldspar ore project became national green mine.
  • In October 2011, 22 approved patents including 4 invention patents, the development of flotation cell (total cross-section, air-lift, micro bubble) made significant progress.
  • In October 2010, feldspar ore project completed and put into production, Xinhai won the national reward 8,000,000 yuan of "resource saving and comprehensive utilization"

  

• 2009

  • In March 2009, Yantai Xinhai Test & Control Technology Co. Ltd. was established.
  • In August 2009, investment of feldspar, feldspar finishing project started
  • In September 2009, Xinhai developed the third generation of tailings dry stacking.

  

• 2008

  • In May 2008, the mining development funds invested into non metal finishing, and special high-grade feldspar supply.
  • In August 2008, Laiyang Xinhai Mining Co. Ltd. was established.

  • In May 2007, Xinhai third phase industrial plants completed
  • In May 2006, the technology of "Liquid phase nanometer compounding • normal temperature high – frequency curing" was successfully developed.

  

• 2005-2004

  • In August 2005, Xinhai completed 3 gold mine investments in Gansu and Xinjiang.
  • In March 2004, Yi Di gold mine project in Gansu was started.

  

• 2003

  • In May 2003, Xinhai group ushered a period of rapid development. Passed the ISO9001:2000 international quality certification, and obtained "free enterprise" of industrial and commercial bureau and "trustworthy enterprise" of banking system etc.
  • In August 2003, Xinhai contracted for Mongolia Da Di company large gold mine EPC, and achieved success.
  • In December 2003, Yantai Xinhai Mining Group Co. Ltd. was established.

  

• 2002-2001

  • In May 2002, Xinhai Company obtained the titles of "provincial high-tech enterprise" and "trustworthy enterprise" of Shandong province.
  • In 2001 June, Xinhai company completed the South Korean glass Fuchang silica sand project.
  • In August 2001, Yantai Xinhai Processing Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established, and set up medicament research institute.
  • In October 2001, Xinhai obtained the right of import and export

  

• 2000-1999

  • In February 2000, Xinhai cooperated with South Korea the world third largest auto glass company to complete mine EPC, which become a milepost of China silica sand and quartz sand industry.
  • In October 2000, Yantai Xinhai wear – resistant rubber Co. Ltd. was established, and set up rubber design and research institute.
  • In May 1999, "China mining news" interviewed development mode of Xinhai for tracking reports.
  • In August 1999, President Zhang Yunlong investigated at home and abroad to seek foreign cooperation.

  

• 1998

  • In July 1998, Xinhai company office building and first phase plants were completed; Xinhai Company moved to new premises.
  • In September 1998, in order to commend Xinhai Company, Yantai city government renamed the street Xinhai sit and called Xinhai Street.
  • In October 1998, "China mining News" "China nonferrous metal mining news" "China Gold News" respectively interviewed Xinhai company and named the development of Xinhai as "Xinhai Xinhai mode", "Xinhai phenomenon".
